Order Methods

Online Order: The online order form is our most efficient and effective delivery system for new or repeat orders it allows us to process your order much more quickly than by any other method. Payment can be made outside normal working hours ensuring that there is no delay in processing the order, there is much less chance of any details being missed which might cause a delay and because your information is presented to us in a uniform manner we can automate the process and again this helps to speed your order. The first part of the form gives us all the information required to calculate the cost of your order and send you a pro-forma invoice (this is done automatically and works outside business hours). Once you have got past the invoicing bit you can either fill out the details section with the title, draw line, promoter and prizes etc. or upload your own ticket/logos/artwork or send us the text of the job by the message box. If you have an old ticket we have produced for you then you can upload this and fill the message box with the amendments.

Repeat Orders: If you have a repeat order, by this we mean that you require more tickets with no changes to the text of the ticket or the delivery or invoice address then the best method is to phone your order in and pay for it by credit or debit card.
