When will I get my proof?
The proof will be sent to your email address up to 48hrs after you
have submitted your order
When will I receive my order?
On standard service this can be up to 14 days from payment and
approval of the proof, this time can be extended at peak times but
should not exceed 21 days even under the heaviest workloads. At peak
times we limit our incoming orders to internet order form only, this
is the quickest method for us to turn your job around so please try
to use it even during slow periods.
What are the peak periods
Peak periods run from February to March, May to June, September to
November each year
Are the Raffle Tickets perforated & numbered?
The tickets are perforated twice and numbered twice, once on the
counterfoil and once on the ticket.
Do you accept payment by Credit Cards?
Yes, you can pay over the phone or use paypal to make your payment.
Do you accept payment by BACS
Unfortunately we no longer accept BACS payments because our
administration costs are actually far greater for BACS than by any
other method.
Can I order more tickets if I don't order enough the
first time?
Yes, but all orders are treated as new orders so it is advisable to
order slightly more than you think you need in order to cut down on
possible re-order costs.
Why do we charge for repeat orders as new orders
The only difference between a new order and a repeat order is
that the setting is already done and checked for the first order.
Just about everything else is the same cost, the plates cannot be
re-used because we print a multiple of jobs on each plate, the paper
and ink consumption remains the same and the delivery costs are the
same. We do however treat a repeat order as if it were an express
order, which makes sense because you will probably need them
quickly.
Can I place a logo on my tickets?
We can place up to 2 logo's on the ticket free of charge and you can
either upload them within the order form or send them by email or
any other suitable method. Your logo can be any standard file such
as a JPG, GIF, or PDF. We have some customers who send logo's embed
within a word document but we do not recommend this as word usually
downsizes the logo and makes it unsuitable for printing.
